Every time in Palma de Mallorca, I choose this place. I must comment on its central location - it was incredible. The customer service is very good, they offer shuttle to-and-from the hotel. Btw parking is possible on the street.

Every single thing was fantastic. The room was stocked with a balcony, and the breakfast was freshly prepared. Every staff member was extraordinary service-minded and highly professional. The location was best possible and reasonable, you can visit el Tub by walking. We had a few soft drinks in the good hotel’s bar.

Best possible and quiet location very close to the airport bus stop and a comfortable fifteen minute stroll to the cathedral in a very nice area. Besides, easy access to a contemporary art gallery. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was WELL PRICED. Shuttle available to-and-from the venue if needed.

This was a really good stay for 3 nights. I had the triple room which was airy and cheap with comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was peaceful - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cappuccino. It was a very very nice area, a nice base for me. Everything was fine and exceeded high expectations.

I enjoyed the huge room, and the magnificent view to the mountains which overlook Palma. A shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries were very handy. The staff was fast. It had marvellous location with access to Palma Port nearby. The airport was 0.5 km away.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not always friendly.
